We hang this fruit on the vine until the first threat of frost, in order to drive up the sugar content as high as possible to create a jammy, decadent desert wine with moderate to high alochols and moderate residual sugar. The Brianna grape is a perfect fit for Late-Harvest style dessert wine, with it’s gushing abundance of fruit. This one will go toe to toe with the world legends of dessert whites such as Sauternes and Tokay.
Tasting Notes: Brilliant golden color, pineapple, besswax, honeyed apricot, candied lemon, marmalade and pear, butterscotch, baking spice, hot with alcohol, subtle dill.
